AI Consultants in Hertfordshire: Who They Are and Where They Are Based

Read this first

This is a list, not a ranking. Nobody here is scored and nobody is called the best. We have not used any of these firms. What we say about each comes from its own website, which we read on 10 October 2026. Websites change, so check the current pages before you get in touch.

Watford.co is published by Dean Keating, who is one of the six. He comes last, is labelled, and is not based in the county.

Based in Hertfordshire

Firms that state a Hertfordshire base, in alphabetical order.

Brash Solutions. brashsolutions.co.uk gives its address as Audley House, Northbridge Road, Berkhamsted, HP4 1EH, and says it also has a development centre in Budapest. It describes practical AI and automation work aimed at saving businesses time, and names small and medium-sized clients in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and North London. You start with a free business automation discovery call. We found no prices on the pages we read.

e:artisan. eartisan.co.uk says it is based in Watford and serves the UK. AI automation is one of four services, alongside web design and development, e-commerce and web and mobile applications. Its Watford page lists automation for invoicing, customer chat, marketing, sales pipelines and staff onboarding. It offers a free 30-minute consultation and says a meeting in Watford is available. We found no prices on its site.

Hert Bots. hertbots.co.uk gives its address as Woolston Avenue, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 2ED. It builds AI systems for small and medium-sized businesses: voice agents, automated quoting, social media automation and customer support. It names Letchworth, Hitchin, Baldock, Stevenage and the north of the county, and also says it works across the UK. You start with a free consultation it calls the AI Profit Map. It sells three packages, but prices are given on a call.

Loql. loql.io gives its address as Suite 14, 3 Soothouse Spring, St Albans, AL3 6PP. It lists AI agents, support automation, workflow automation, sales tools, custom applications and staff training. Its page describes its clients as mainly medium and large organisations. You start through its contact page and an initial consultation. It says the price depends on scope and is quoted after that first conversation.

Covering the county from elsewhere

AI Coach (Kasra Dash). bestaiconsultant.co.uk has a county page, and pages for individual towns. It does not state where the business is based. It describes AI strategy, workflow automation, training and custom AI tools, for owner-managed firms up to businesses of 250 staff. Training is over Zoom or Google Meet by default, with in-person half-day or full-day workshops available. You start with an intro call. We found no prices on the page we read.

Dean Keating (the publisher of this site). Dean Keating is based in Horndean, Hampshire. He has no office here and works with Watford and the rest of the county remotely. His website describes a done-for-you service: he builds AI agents, installs them in the tools you already use, trains your team and supports the setup. You start with a free call, and his site says you leave with a plan you can use with or without him. There is no published price list; the cost is given after that call. Call or WhatsApp 07418 627304. His longer AI consultant guide has six questions to put to any provider.

How they differ

- Where they are. Four give a Hertfordshire address or town. One does not state a base. One is in Hampshire.
- What you get. Hert Bots, Loql, e:artisan and Brash describe a mix of AI systems and wider digital work. AI Coach describes strategy, training and automation. Dean Keating describes agents installed for you.
- Size of client. Loql's page points to larger organisations. AI Coach, Hert Bots, Brash and Dean Keating name small or owner-managed firms.
- Meeting in person. e:artisan offers a meeting in Watford. AI Coach offers workshops on site. Dean Keating works remotely, though his website says he can visit businesses in Hampshire or nearby.

How to use this list

Pick two or three whose description fits your size of firm and the help you want. Describe the one job you most want off your desk and ask each the same questions: what will you build, who runs it afterwards, and when do I hear the price? Several offer a free first call, so you can compare before you spend anything.

What we could not check

We have not seen any provider's work or spoken to its clients, and we have not verified what each says about itself. We found no ratings we could rely on, so we give none. If you run an AI consulting or automation business based in Hertfordshire and are not here, email dean@deankeating.com and we will read your website and add you on the same terms.

A comparison table follows below. To try the publisher's own service, call Dean or book the free AI call.
